Hazel ★★★★★ Sep 14, 2026

The clamshell opening makes packing so much easier than my old top-loader, and it still slid into the overhead bin on every flight. The hip belt actually transfers the weight — I barely felt it after a full day of trains and walking.

Took this on a two-week trip through three countries and never once had to check it — the clamshell zip is buttery smooth even when it's stuffed. The hip belt actually transfers weight, which my old bag never did.

The clamshell opening makes packing so much easier than my old top-loader, I could actually see everything at once. Wore it through three airports and the carry comfort held up fine even fully loaded. Fits in the overhead without a fight, which is the whole reason I bought it.
